Our clinic RN can perform a lab quality cost-free pregnancy test and provide a verification of pregnancy form. If your pregnancy test is positive, you may be assessed to receive a confirmation ultrasound scan. This will provide you with detailed and accurate information about your pregnancy.

Step one
Pregnancy Test Verification
Vine Medical provides each patient with a pregnancy verification form. This will help you apply for OHP (Oregon Health Plan) and WIC (USDA’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children). Some employers also require this for workplace accommodations.
Step Two
Nurse Consultation
Our nurse consultations provide personalized support for your health and well-being. After your visit, you’ll receive a tailored care plan. We partner with local OB clinics and midwives, and encourage early prenatal care following pregnancy confirmation. Whether you’re pregnant or facing specific health concerns, our nurse is here to offer expert guidance and compassionate care.
Step Three
Ultrasound Services
Confirmation ultrasound scans are performed by our sonography trained RN and reviewed by our licensed medical director. Ultrasounds can provide accurate information about your pregnancy. An ultrasound will determine that a pregnancy is located within the uterus, confirm a heart beat, and determine gestational age.
We are able to offer ultrasounds at no cost to our patients because of our generous donors. We do not require any medical insurance, and you will never receive a bill for services provided by vine medical, including ultrasounds.
